This is the only address you need. Support, billing, refunds, privacy requests, corrections, or a hard question about your own timeline — it all comes to the same place.
Support and general questions
If something in the app is not working, is wrong, or does not make sense, write in and say what you were doing when it happened. If you can, name the screen you were on. That is usually enough to find it.
Corrections are welcome and wanted. The Final Watch sequences requirements published by the Navy, the Department of Defense and the VA, and those instructions change. If you find an item that no longer matches the current instruction, tell us which one and what changed — that is the single most useful e-mail this business can receive.
Billing and refunds
Prepaid plans — Liberty Bound, Old Salt and Plank Owner — carry a 30-day, no-questions-asked full refund. E-mail support@thefinalwatch.co from the address on your account, include your name and the plan you bought, and say you want a refund. No reason required.
The On Watch monthly plan is billed month to month and is not refunded for partial months; when you cancel you keep access through the month you have already paid for. The full terms are in the Refund Policy.
Cancelling a subscription
You do not need to e-mail anyone to cancel. Open the app and use the Manage Subscription link at the foot of your dashboard. Prepaid plans do not renew — when the term ends, access ends unless you choose to buy again.
If that screen will not do what you need it to do, write in and it will be handled by hand.
Privacy, your data, and deletion
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, e-mail support@thefinalwatch.co. What is collected, who processes it, and how long it is kept are set out in the Privacy Policy.
E-mail preferences
Every e-mail we send carries a one-click unsubscribe at the bottom. You can also write to unsubscribe@thefinalwatch.co, or to the support address, and you will be removed. We do not sell or share your e-mail address or your phone number.

What this mailbox is not
It is not an official Navy, Department of Defense, or Department of Veterans Affairs channel, and nothing sent or received here carries any official authority. It does not replace your chain of command, your servicing personnel or administrative office, your command career counselor, or the official Transition Assistance Program.
