Prepaid plans: a 30-day, no-questions-asked full refund. The monthly plan: the 7-day free trial is the safety net, and monthly charges are generally non-refundable.
This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund from The Final Watch, operated by BT Ventures LLC. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
1. Monthly subscription (On Watch)
The On Watch plan includes a 7-day free trial. The trial is your opportunity to evaluate the service at no cost. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are never charged. If you do not cancel, the plan converts to a paid monthly subscription at $12.99 per month and renews monthly until you cancel.
Because the free trial serves as the safety net for the monthly plan, monthly charges are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide partial-month refunds. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for.
2. Prepaid plans (Liberty Bound, Old Salt, Plank Owner)
30-day, no-questions-asked full refund
If you purchase a prepaid plan, you may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your purchase, for any reason. We will refund the full amount you paid. To request a refund, contact us at support@thefinalwatch.co within the 30-day window.
Non-refundable after 30 days
After 30 days from the date of purchase, prepaid plans are non-refundable. The 30-day window applies from the purchase date regardless of how much of the 12-, 18-, or 24-month term remains. This keeps the full-refund promise genuinely no-questions-asked within the window, while ensuring the plan is not used for most of a long prepaid term and then refunded.
3. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Processing times depend on Stripe and your bank or card issuer.
4. How to request a refund
E-mail support@thefinalwatch.co from the address associated with your account and include your name and the plan you purchased. For prepaid plans, your request must be received within 30 days of purchase to qualify for the no-questions-asked full refund.
