It is not associated with, affiliated with, connected to, sponsored by, authorized by, approved by, or endorsed by the United States Department of the Navy, the United States Department of Defense, the United States Government, the United States Armed Forces, or any of their respective departments, components, agencies, branches, installations, or officials. Any reference to such entities is for descriptive, informational, or identification purposes only and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. All content, opinions, and materials within The Final Watch are solely those of the product and its creators.
2. Not official guidance
The Final Watch is a planning, organizational, and informational tool only. It does not replace, supersede, override, or carry the authority of:
- your chain of command;
- your servicing personnel or administrative office;
- official orders, instructions, directives, or policies of the Navy, the Department of Defense, or any government entity;
- the official Transition Assistance Program (TAP) or any official transition, separation, or retirement program or counseling; or

While reasonable efforts are made to keep the app's reference materials reasonably current, The Final Watch makes no representation or warranty that any information is complete, accurate, current, or applicable to your specific situation at the time you rely on it. You must independently verify every requirement, deadline, form, and figure against the current official source before taking or refraining from any action.
5. No guaranteed outcomes
The Final Watch does not promise, guarantee, ensure, expedite, or influence any specific result or outcome, including without limitation: VA disability claim approvals or rating percentages; retirement or retainer pay amounts or timing; Survivor Benefit Plan or insurance outcomes; benefits eligibility or enrollment; security-clearance matters; employment, hiring, or career placement; or the speed, approval, or outcome of any government process.
6. User responsibility and assumption of risk
You are solely responsible for understanding and meeting your own retirement and separation requirements, deadlines, and obligations. The Final Watch is a tool to help you organize and track your own process; it is not a substitute for your own diligence, judgment, or for official guidance. Your use of the app and any reliance on its content is entirely at your own risk.

Military rank titles, qualification and warfare designations, program names, office names, form numbers, instruction identifiers, and similar terms used within The Final Watch are used solely for descriptive, informational, and identification (nominative) purposes. Such use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by any government entity or any trademark owner. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos are the property of their respective owners. The Final Watch claims no rights in, and asserts no ownership of, any government or third-party marks.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Final Watch, BT Ventures LLC, and their owners, creators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss, missed deadline, denied or delayed benefit, denied or delayed claim, financial loss, or other harm, arising out of or relating to your access to, use of, or reliance on the app or any of its content, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the possibility of such damages was foreseeable or disclosed. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this limitation may not apply to you.
